Zollgebühren trüben den Kauf

Der Rucksack ist toll aber zwei Wochen nach erhalt der Rucksacks musste ich Zollgebühren von 23 CHF zahlen. Das ist fast ein Drittel des Preises vom Rucksack. Werde in Zukunft nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Rolltop 2.0 begeistert

Ich bin sehr glücklich mit meinem GotBag Rolltop 2.0. Er ist super angenehm am Rücken zu tragen und das Material ist extrem Robust. Wenn man ihn schließt und zusammendrückt, hält er sogar die Luft. Die 31 Lieter bieten mehr als genug Platz für alles was man an einem Tag an der Uni benötigt. Durch die Flaschenhalterung fällt nichts durcheinander. Ich würde mir aber auf jedenfall eine Kabel Organizer Tasche zusätzlich kaufen, weil für mich nicht genug Platz für Kabel und Netzteil in der Laptoptasche ist. Das Material verschmutzt auch sehr leicht, ist aber mit einem nassen Tuch wieder einigermaßen sauber zu bekommen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Rucksack und würde ihn mir jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Once and never again...

Once and never again...
Ordered the backpack, then I wanted to order a different color and a new one because of the double shipping costs.
It was then no longer possible to cancel the order because the response was only received two days later and the bag was then dispatched one day later.
The bag arrived, but it had two open seams, which is why I wanted to send it back anyway because of the poor quality.
I have it too. However, GotBag only reimbursed me for the cost of the backpack.
The 5€ shipping was not refunded!
So absolutely forbidden because the failure was not on my part.
But I don't feel like making contact here again and arguing forever. But I can only advise against buying it. There are many other labels that pay attention to the environment.
