Skipper Boris Herrmann not only travels around the world with Team Malizia but also uses his sailing adventures to educate the public about scientific topics and climate change. On-board, the team collects water data and gathers information to demonstrate how climate change is affecting our oceans.He gained special attention when he crossed the Atlantic together with Greta Thunberg (2019) and participated in the Vendée Globe solo round-the-world race (2020).

We have been following Boris' journey for years and share his passion for the oceans. We
