Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within Germany with DHL Go Green.

Please understand that we currently cannot deliver to countries that are not listed.

For shipping to you, we charge a shipping fee that covers all costs within the EU. Depending on the country and order value, we also offer free shipping.

If you do not like an item, you can return it easily and without any problems. For this purpose, we will send you a return label within the EU immediately after notification, which you can use to send back your return.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we are obliged to refund the shipping costs within the EU.

 

*1) For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties (VAT, customs duties) and fees (customs clearance, import handling) may apply.

These fees are usually billed to the recipient by the shipping service provider or an authority. 

We do not cover any additional import duties or fees.

*2) The return fee is only charged for the return of products. It covers the proportional costs for return shipping, processing, and storage. We will charge you the fee upon credit and refund of your purchase amount after receiving your return.

 

Delivery times

You will find the delivery time in working days below the respective product description (delivery time may vary individually depending on color and variant).

Please note that there is no processing or delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

 

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

• Payment by invoice (via Klarna)
• Payment via Klarna Checkout (Klarna Invoice, Klarna Installments, Sofort, credit card, direct debit)

• Payment via eps

For all payments except Klarna Invoice or Installments, your account will be charged immediately after the contract is concluded.

A payment is only considered to have been made once we have the amount at our free disposal.

 

Payment via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Klarna Invoice: Payable within 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when your order is completed and sent by email. You can find the invoice conditions here.
• Klarna Installments: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR). • Instant bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)
• Direct debit

Discount and voucher codes

a) Only discount codes valid at the time of purchase (checkout) can be accepted

b) Discount and voucher codes are only accepted in accordance with the discount code conditions

c) Unfortunately, no voucher or discount codes can be considered after your order has been submitted.

d) Discount codes are not applicable to discounted items.

 

Returns

If you do not like the products after receiving them, you are welcome to return them. To do this, you register the return with us and will then receive a return label from us promptly.

For the return, we charge a small fee that proportionally covers the return postage and the processing and storage costs.
