Delivery and shipping
We only deliver to the specified countries with DHL GoGreen.
Please understand that we are currently unable to deliver to countries that are not listed.
We charge a shipping fee for shipping to you, which includes all costs within the EU. Depending on the country and order value, we also offer free shipping.
If you don't like an item, you can return it easily and without any problems. For this purpose, we will send you a return label immediately after notification within the EU, with which you can send back your return.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we are obliged within the EU to reimburse you for the shipping costs.

*1) For deliveries of goods outside the European Union, additional import duties (sales tax, customs duties) and fees (customs clearance, import processing) may apply.
These fees are usually charged to the recipient by the shipping service provider or an authority.
We are not responsible for any additional import duties or fees.
*2) The return fee is only charged when returning (returning) products. It covers the proportional costs for the return shipment, processing and storage. We will calculate the fee with the credit and refund of your purchase amount after receipt of your return.
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered in Germany and Austria within 2 - 3 working days, for deliveries within Europe within 6 - 8 working days and for deliveries outside of Europe within 10 - 14 working days after conclusion of the contract.
Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. When paying in advance, the delivery times apply from receipt of money on our account.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

- Payment via Klarna Checkout (Klarna invoice, Klarna installment purchase, Sofort, credit card, direct debit)

For all payments other than Klarna invoice or installment purchase, your account will be debited immediately after conclusion of the contract.
A payment is only deemed to have been made when we can freely dispose of the amount.
Payment via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Klarna invoice: Payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice will be issued upon completion of your order and sent by email. The billing conditions can be found here .
- Klarna installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95). - Instant bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)

Discount and Coupon Codes
a) Only discount codes valid at the time of purchase (checkout) can be accepted
b) Discount and voucher codes are only accepted according to the discount code conditions
c) After sending your order, unfortunately no voucher or discount codes can be considered.
d) Discount codes are not applicable to reduced items.
If you do not like the products upon receipt, you are welcome to return them. To do this, you register the return with us and then promptly receive a return label from us.
We will charge you a small fee for the return, which will cover the return postage and the processing and storage costs.
