Since 2018, we have been designing and selling durable bags and backpacks with recycled Ocean Impact Plastic. Our message “Create an Impact” invites you to create change together. RECRUITING PROCESS
Initial meeting
As a first step, you can expect a conversation with Talent & Culture via phone/video call. This is primarily about getting to know you better as a person. In addition, you can expect an insight into the advertised role as well as our organization and culture.
Interview with the department
In the second round, an interview with the respective department is planned. Here, we usually include a small case study to see an initial work sample and get to know your approach.
Trial day
During the trial day, it is important to us that we get to know each other even better. Experience a workday at our office, get to know your future team members and find out if our culture is a good fit for you.

PEOPLE AT GOT BAG

Billy
Billy leads our GOT BAG Indonesia foundation and coordinates the plastic collection on-site in Indonesia. Together with Leonie, our Clean-up Manager, he is responsible for the clean-up operations, connects new locations and looks after the local communities together with the team.

Tristen
Trissy, together with the Customer Happiness Team, handles all incoming inquiries regarding orders, promotions, and products and answers all questions about GOT BAG and our mission. He is the main contact person within the team for our international markets and always finds a solution for every problem. Additionally, he ensures that the processes and technical workflows within the team become more efficient in order to provide our customers with an optimal experience.

Josephine
Josi is responsible for our outbound logistics and ensures that all processes between the warehouse and our customers run smoothly and sustainably. She works hand in hand with our logistics partners and ensures that our shipments arrive on time. She is part of our Customer Happiness team and is happy when our customers have the best possible experience and feel completely satisfied.

Pava
Pava is responsible for Operations Management in our team. As a central interface between the teams, the iterative optimization of cross-functional processes is her core task. She constantly asks herself "why" – because if something has always been done that way, for Pava it's usually the best indication that it can also be done differently.
