Anyone who has purchased a GOT BAG in our online shop within the last two years. If you did not purchase your product in our online shop, please contact your point of sale directly.
We guarantee that your GOT BAG can be used for two years without any functional restrictions. Should you notice a defect during this time, you can claim your warranty, provided it is a warranty case. Please submit a reclamation request to have your claim reviewed.
