FAQ WARRANTY SERVICE

We offer a two-year warranty on all Ocean Impact Plastic products.

Everyone who has bought a GOT BAG in our online shop in the last two years. If you did not buy your product from our online shop, please contact your retailer in the event of a warranty claim.

We guarantee that your GOT BAG can be used for two years without the product being restricted in its function. If you discover a defect during this period, you can make use of your guarantee if there is a guarantee case. Please submit a repair request to have your damage case checked.
