Sea Shepherd is probably the most well-known internationally active non-profit organization for the protection of biodiversity and marine ecosystems. GOT BAG is the official backpack outfitter of the crew.
Founded in 1977 by Captain Paul Watson, Sea Shepherd became known primarily for its pursuit of whaling fleets. Today, they are a global movement with independent national and regional groups and thousands of volunteers in more than 20 countries. The organization actively fights against illegal fishing and for the conservation of marine habitats with twelve ships and their crews.
