We offer a two-year warranty for every GOT BAG order. For the RE:SHELL Cabin, a 5-year warranty applies.
Everyone who has purchased a GOT BAG in our online store within the last two years. If you did not purchase your product in our online store, please contact your point of sale directly.
We guarantee that your GOT BAG can be used for two years without its function being restricted. If you notice a defect during this time, you can claim your warranty, provided it is a warranty case. Please submit a warranty claim to have your case reviewed.
