The surface is water-repellent, so you can make the most of your bag in any weather – whether in everyday life, at festivals or on your adventures in nature. Made with recycled plastic waste from coastal areas, it offers maximum functionality and is your perfect companion in every season.
RE:PET is our recycled polyester fabric. The basis is PET bottles collected through GOT BAG Indonesia's clean-up program and other local organizations that are Ocean Bound Plastic certified. The collected PET is processed by our recycling partner in Indonesia. In our endeavor to create a positive impact, we transform discarded plastic into our RE:PET fabric, which we use in most of our products.

The GOT BAG Indonesia foundation runs a clean-up program that collects coastal plastic waste from coastal households and environments, rivers, and the ocean.

The PET portion is separated, cleaned, and shredded into flakes before being processed into pellets.

The pellets are blended with certified Ocean Bound Plastic from our recycling partner and spun into yarn.

The recycled yarn is woven into RE:PET – our polyester fabric, which is used as the main material for many GOT BAG products, like the ROLLTOP.
