The giveaway runs from November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m..

All persons aged 18 and over residing in the EU who are members of the GOT CLUB are eligible to participate. Employees of GOT BAG GmbH are excluded.

Participation is automatic through membership in the GOT CLUB. A separate registration is not required.

 One (1) MOON BAG RUFFLE in black. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid memberships and notified by email.
 If the selected person does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new drawing will be held.

If you participate in the "Win your MOON BAG RUFFLE" giveaway, participation takes place exclusively by registering for the GOT CLUB (our loyalty program).
By registering, we collect and process your personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, order history if applicable) to manage your membership in the GOT CLUB, record points and inform you about your point balance, rewards or level.

Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures).
Furthermore, we use your email address to inform you about exclusive offers, promotions and news from the GOT CLUB.
 In particular, this includes information about new rewards, level benefits or promotions such as this giveaway.
 The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future – for example via the unsubscribe link in every email.
After the giveaway has ended, the data collected will continue to be stored for the GOT CLUB membership, unless deleted by you.
 Should you terminate your membership in the GOT CLUB, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the legal retention periods.

To run the giveaway and the GOT CLUB, we use technical service providers (e.g. Influence.io, Klaviyo) with whom corresponding data processing agreements according to Art. 28 GDPR exist. Data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
