The GOT BAG newsletter giveaway is organized and conducted by GOT BAG GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer". Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and subject to the following terms and conditions.

One winner will be drawn on the first Monday of every month from all GOT BAG newsletter subscribers from the previous month. The winner is determined based on the time of registration via the registration form provided.

Only natural persons of legal age according to applicable law are eligible to participate. Minor participants require the express consent of their legal representative. Persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition, as well as employees and associates of the organizer and their family members, are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from participation at its own discretion and for justified reasons, in particular in the event of suspected manipulation, violation of these terms and conditions of participation, unfair behavior or false information in connection with participation in the competition.

The prize consists of a GOT BAG Starter Kit, consisting of 1x ROLLTOP 2.0 black, 1x RE:SHELL CABIN 2.0 black, 1x CURVED BAG black monochrome, 1x MOON BAG MINI black, with a total value of 461€. The winners are drawn monthly from all new newsletter subscribers of the respective month and notified via email. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of a minor winner. Collection of the prize in person is not possible. If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks after two requests, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

The personal data collected as part of the competition, such as the name and email address of the participants, will be used exclusively for the realization of the competition and are subject to the applicable data protection regulations. The participant agrees that in the event of a win, their name and email address may be published in the advertising media used by the organizer. The participant can withdraw their consent at any time in writing. Upon withdrawal, the collected personal data will be deleted immediately.

Questions or complaints in connection with the giveaway must be addressed to the organizer. The giveaway is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these terms and conditions.
