Skipper Boris Herrmann not only travels around the world with Team Malizia, but also uses his sailing adventures to educate the public about scientific issues and climate change. On board, the team records water values and collects data to show how climate change is damaging our oceans. He attracted particular attention when he crossed the Atlantic with Greta Thunberg (2019) and took part in the Vendée Globe solo round-the-world race (2020).
We have been following Boris' journey for years and share his passion for the oceans. We are delighted to also be part of his passion for sailing: our ROLLTOP and DAYPACK backpacks and HIP BAG with the Team Malizia logo accompany Team Malizia on their races and travel around the world under the toughest conditions. Together, we are raising even more awareness of climate change and fighting for a clean future for the oceans.
