Yes, all purchases made on or after 20 March 2025 have been credited to your account. If you have made any purchases prior to this date, please contact us. We will then check your points and membership level.

The exclusive GOT BAG calendar is a subscription-based calendar that you can add to your own. It keeps you informed about drops, launches, restocks, collaborations, sales and other events in advance – so you're always the first to know and can plan accordingly.

Product surveys are developed in collaboration with our Product Team and sent by email to all individuals who have qualified for them. This allows selected members to directly influence product development and provide personal feedback.

New products must be tested and evaluated before launch. If necessary, we will hold a draw among all qualified members to select product testers. If you are selected, we will send you the product and look forward to receiving your honest review.

The treasure chest is a hidden GOT BAG page that only qualified members have access to. There, you can choose one item from a special pool – and we will send it to you free of charge.

PS: The treasure chest is refilled once a quarter and will also contain items approved exclusively for the treasure chest.
