With the IM:PERFECT OUTLET we sell subsets of production series that have small superficial, non-functional flaws. Unfortunately, such products are often destroyed or sent to foreign markets in order to protect the 'perfect' brand image. This isn’t something we want to support! 

We want to be consistently sustainable and therefore have decided to stand by our principles and keep it real. This is why we came up with our IM:PERFECT OUTLET: Where you can give these very products with small flaws a chance, thus conserving resources and saving money.

In most cases, it is a matter of small optical flaws or irregularities in the fabric that resulted from production. Examples are weaving faults, slightly varying color tones, shades and stripes, small dots of color, shiny surfaces, light bends that cannot be removed again, or irregular seam runs. 

Since we intentionally avoid using plastic packaging during transport, this sometimes results in soiling and minor stains that cannot simply be wiped off and cleaned. We therefore sort out such products manually and do not sell them regularly.

Of course, we would all like that only perfect products are produced. But in reality, GOT BAG products go through many hands, the process from the collected plastic to the finished backpack is long. And mistakes are human! Both already during production and during transport and storage, it can always happen that something goes wrong. Such superficial flaws, however, do not change the functionality of the products as you expect it to be.

Unfortunately, you can't generalize this, since it depends very much on the personal perception and expectation of a product. Often these products simply look as if they have been used for a while. In our IM:PACT OUTLET we try to describe the flaws as accurately as possible and show them in pictures. So it is up to you to decide if you are okay with that.

Not at all! In the IM:PERFECT OUTLET we only sell new products with cosmetic flaws, which are not limited in their function.

Of course you can. Even if we want your GOT BAG to be the right one for you straight away in terms of sustainability, you may also return products from the IM:PERFECT OUTLET. Your right to withdraw from the order remains unchanged. Also the official as well as our extended product warranty are valid. Our only exception for you to withdraw from the purchase contract is due to the specific defect that has already been present at the moment of purchase. This also applies to the warranty.

It is no secret that such products are often discarded in the consumer goods industry and especially in the fashion industry. There are several reasons for this: On the one hand, it is expensive to sift, sort out and refurbish the goods. For another, people don't want to jeopardize the 'perfect' brand image with products that have minor flaws, and they don't want to have lower prices on the market. 

No matter why: Bottom line, this simply is a waste of resources and therefore not an option for us. We want to think consistently sustainable and therefore decided to honestly share this part of our work with you as well. Every bag is beautiful!
