The duration of the giveaway is from April 16th, 2023, 6:00 PM (CEST) to April 22nd, 2023, 6:00 PM (CEST). Within this period, users will be given the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.

To participate in the giveaway, the following is required:

• Follow the @gotbag and @coralgardeners Instagram account

• Like @gotbag's Instagram post from April 16th, 2023

• Tag 1 friend* in the comments 

• Share @gotbag's post regarding the giveaway in your Instagram Story and tag @gotbag

*An infinite number of entries per participant can be made by commenting and tagging a friend under the post, increasing their chances of winning. Entry is only possible within the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Participation is open to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 (as well as persons who have reached the age of 14, provided their legal representatives declare their written consent to participation) who reside in Europe. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods. 

Only entries made from a public Instagram account can be considered. Unfortunately, private accounts cannot be considered. 

Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:

• in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the giveaway,

• in the event of violations of these conditions of participation

• in the event of unfair practices or

• in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.

1. Winnings

The prize consists of the following:

• A 7-day trip for two persons to Moorea - including:

  • Roundtrip flight for two persons with the condition that the departure airport for the outbound flight and the destination airport for the return flight are identical

  • Accommodation for 7 nights

  • 500€ travel money

  • Two workshop days with the Coral Gardeners

  • The trip can be extended at the winner's own expense. The flights will be booked in consultation with the winner.

The pictures in the competition post from April 16th, 2023, are for illustration purposes only. The actual accommodation may vary within a similar standard depending on availability for the desired travel period.

• In addition, the winner will receive a GOT BAG Starter Kit worth €485 (WEEKENDER, ROLLTOP CORAL GARDENERS black, HIP BAG CORAL GARDENERS black, SHOWER BAG black, BOTTLE).

Each finalist will receive a GOT BAG Starter Kit worth €485 (Weekender, ROLLTOP CORAL GARDENERS black, HIP BAG CORAL GARDENERS black, SHOWER BAG black, BOTTLE).

2. Drawing and notification

Within the giveaway period, the operator will draw one finalist each day from Monday to Saturday at 6:00 pm (CEST). The finalists will be selected randomly among all participants. They will be informed via direct message and comments. Additionally, the operator reserves the right to mark them in the daily draw story on Instagram.

The winner of the main prize will be drawn from the six finalists. This draw will take place randomly on April 23, 2023. The result will be announced at 6:00 pm (CEST) on the @gotbag Instagram account, and the winner will be informed.

3. Transmission of the prize

During the competition period, any potential shipping costs for the GOT BAG Starter Kits will be covered by the operator. 

The prize (including booking of flights and accommodation) will only be handed over to the winner or their legal representative. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

Any additional costs associated with the use of the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any necessary requirements, documents, or similar for entry, and any costs associated with these are also to be borne by the winner.

If the winner does not respond within a period of three weeks after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participant. The winner agrees to make a decision for or against the prize within 30 days after the drawing. For this purpose, a contract will be drawn up between the winner and the organizer, and will be signed by both parties in case of prize acceptance. If the winner decides against the prize, the prize will be transferred to another participant.

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms.

The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint of the website of GOT BAG GmbH. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

GOT BAG GmbH is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. The same applies if GOT BAG is not or no longer able to provide the prize due to entrepreneurial circumstances.
