How does the PRE-ORDER work?

Pre-ordering means for you to order your GOT BAG product before production and get it delivered at a later date. So before starting production, we first collect all orders – and thus avoid overproduction and save valuable resources. Of course, there’s also a benefit for you – as we grant a discount exclusively during the limited pre-order phase.

Can I order the RE:SHELL CABIN at a later stage as well?

We have all been waiting for this moment for a long time – now our first cabin trolley is finally ready! To avoid overproduction, it will be available as a PRE-ORDER. You can buy it at the full price on the official launch, too.

When will my RE:SHELL CABIN be delivered?

Our current production plan is to deliver the cases in July 2023.

Can I still make use of my right of withdrawal if the order arrives months later?

Of course, your right of withdrawal applies from the moment you receive your product.

Can I pay once my order has arrived?

We cannot offer this service at the moment. Payment is due upon completion of the order. As soon as you complete the order, you choose your favorite payment method. Usually, the latest you can pay your invoice is 14 days after the order, regardless of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any further deferred payment with any of our currently available payment methods.

Can I return the case?

Your high-quality CABIN will faithfully accompany you on your travels. If you have any complaints, you can return it within 100 days of receipt in the original box under the satisfaction guarantee. The condition is that it is undamaged, functional and clean. You will receive the return label from our Customer Happiness Team, but the return will be at your expense according to the shipping and return costs applicable at the time of purchase - these will be deducted from the refund.

What do I do if my suitcase breaks?

Don't panic! Your suitcase may have once been made partly of trash, but it is still super durable - from trash to treasure. If something should be wrong, you can use our repair service within the warranty free of charge. The following applies: We do not guarantee or settle any damage resulting from transport damage or improper use.

How long is my warranty?

We sell the CABIN with an extra long warranty of five years.

Does the CABIN fit as hand luggage on the plane?

The CABIN is subject to the IATA guidelines and is therefore allowed as hand luggage on most common airlines. Nevertheless, we recommend that you check the guidelines of your airline before traveling.
