TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry to the sweepstake run by GOT BAG GmbH, Breidenbacherstraße 8-10, 55116 Mainz, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed solely by these terms and conditions.

DURATION

The duration of the sweepstake is from 15/11/21 18:00 (CET) to 31/12/21 18:00 (CET). Within this period, users will be given the opportunity to participate automatically in the sweepstake online. The sweepstake is divided into two phases: The first phase runs from 15/11/21 18:00 (CET) to 30/11/21 18:00 CET. The second phase runs from 01/12/21 18:00 (CET) to 31/12/21 18:00 CET.

PARTICIPATION

To participate in the sweepstake, the following is required:

If the customer is purchasing a GOT BAG backpack via www.got-bag.com and uses a Mastercard as a payment method, he / she automatically takes part in the sweepstake.
Not eligible to participate are customers who use any other credit card issuer or any other payment method.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18, who are resident in Germany and who are Mastercard holders are eligible to participate. Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator, Mastercard and authorized persons, companies, suppliers as well as their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:

in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the sweepstake,
in the event of violations of these conditions of participation
in the event of unfair practices or
in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstake.

PRIZE, NOTIFICATION AND TRANSFER OF THE PRIZE

The winner will be determined after the closing date by a random draw among all participants.

The winner of the first sweepstake phase will be announced on 30/11/2021 at 19:00 (CET). The winner of the second sweepstake phase will be announced on 31/12/2021 at 19:00 (CET). The winners will be determined in a random draw among all participants.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

The winner will be contacted in writing by e-mail from Got Bag and informed about his prize. If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 10 days, the prize can be transferred to another participant.The contact information of the winners will be shared with the agency Crown & Crown Event Marketing GmbH who will handle the delivery of the prizes.

There is no obligation to accept the prize.

TERMINATION OF THE GIVEAWAY

The organizer expressly reserves the right to discontinue or modify the sweepstake at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if the proper implementation is no longer guaranteed due to actual or legal obstacles.

DATA PROTECTION

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms. The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in written form to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint of the website of GOT BAG GmbH. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

LIABILITY

The liability of GOT BAG GmbH is excluded with the exception of intent and gross negligence as well as in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations and injury to life, limb and health.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
