During this period, you can make use of our service free of charge. The RE:SHELL Cabin comes with a 5-year warranty. Simply submit your complaint via the link below.

We offer a two-year warranty on every GOT BAG order. The RE:SHELL Cabin comes with a five-year warranty.

Anyone who has purchased a GOT BAG from our online shop in the last two years. If you did not purchase your product from our online shop, please contact your point of sale directly.

We guarantee that your GOT BAG can be used for two years without any impairment to the product's functionality. If you discover a defect during this period, you can make a claim under the guarantee, provided that the defect is covered by the guarantee. Please submit a complaint request so that we can investigate your claim.
